Please provide the personalization in the "message to seller" section at the time of checkout. It’s much easier for me if provided on the invoice rather than a convo message.

To save on time no proofs will be emailed unless requested, however, please keep in mind that this will add to the turnaround time. :)

I ship worldwide and offer shipping discounts to Max and Bella customers who purchase more than one item. I send via USPS First Class mail which usually takes 6-8 business days to deliver (within the US). International shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. If you need a quicker turn around, please be advised that an added $10. rush fee will apply (in addition to shipping charges) to all rush orders.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
Please be aware that I am NOT responsible for any lost packages or delayed orders that may occur during the shipping process. It is your responsibility to request insurance for your items. Due to winter storms and months with high volume mail, mail delivery can be delayed which unfortunately is beyond my control. If you have any concerns about delivery, please convo me and I will provide you the insurance cost as well as upgraded priority shipping. Thanks! :)
Unless specified, I always ship to the Etsy address listed on the transaction receipt. However, if you prefer to have your items shipped to your paypal account address, please send me a convo or provide me with the shipping address in the "Note to Seller" section on your paypal transaction.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Since all my items are individually personalized, there will be no returns or exchanges (unless, of course, I have made a mistake in which case I will correct). My current lead time is 9-10 business days plus shipping time. If you need your order sooner, please add the rush fee listing to your order located under "RUSH Order" in the item sections.
Unless stated otherwise, a proof is not provided.
For custom orders (items made upon request) or upon buyer's request a proof will be made. The proof will be sent via an Etsy conversation within 1-2 business days. If no response is received within 2 business days after sending, the order will be shipped as proofed. After approving the proof, the order may not be cancelled. Two rounds of proof are included, any additional changes will incur an additional fee of $5. (this fee does not apply if changes are required due to an error on my part)
